How Dave Grohl Inspired a Chef to Open a BBQ Joint

Former fine-dining chef Bruce Kalman is opening his first barbecue join in Las Vegas. He can thank the Foos for the push. After meeting Dave Grohl at a charity event for Backbeat BBQ, Kalman loved the energy surrounding serving barbecue.
In a statement, Kalman said, “The combination of great, honest barbecue, cooler beers, American whiskey and live music is something we’re really passionate about and excited for people to enjoy.”
