Home Remedies for Windburn?

Y’all!  I need your help.  I got terrible windburn on my neck playing outside this weekend.  My normal goop is not doing the trick.  I tried various diaper rash creams, but they sting.  I know that y’all have some excellent cures. Help!  My neck is red and raw. Owwwww!

What are you home remedies or magical potions to make it stop burning? Ahhhh!
