In Memory of Neal Casal

If you are into the jamband scene or indie rock, you’ve probably heard Neal Casal play–although you might not realize who he was. He collaborated with Chris Robinson Brotherhood, the Cardinals, Courtney Jaye, Beachwood Sparks, Circles Around the Sun, and was about to produce a new album for his long-time friend, Kenny Roby of North Carolina’s 6 String Drag. After a wonderful set at Lock’n over the weekend, sadly Casal passed away from depression. May his memory be a blessing to his loved ones.
