Coachella Festival in California postponed the entire event until October 2020 due to concerns about COVID-19.

Coachella 2020 Postponed Six Months over COVID-19 Concerns

According to a contributor for New York magazine, Coachella 2020 will be postponed for six months amid fears of the Wuhan Coronavirus.

The festival will reportedly move to the weekends of October 9th and 16th, with the same lineup planned as before.

Following the full cancellation of SXSW in Austin, Texas, rescheduling seems to offer a lesser economic impact than outright cancellation, while hoping for the best in public health.
