RICHLAND LIBRARY MAKES CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENT
Schedule Effective for All Library Locations, Starting March 16
Columbia, SC– Based on recent measures that the state of South Carolina is taking to prevent community spread of the coronavirus, Richland Library is announcing all locations will close, starting Monday, March 16, in the interest of public safety.
We are continuing to extend loan periods on materials, so customers do not incur lost fees until we return to full operation.
The latest updates, regarding library operations, are available online or through our social media channels.
