The Boss is Back in 2019

Bruce Springsteen Reveals His 2019 Plans

You’d figure Bruce Springsteen could use some time off after wrapping his hugely successful Broadway run later this month, but nope, you’d be wrong.
The Boss is planning to get “back to his day job next year,” laying down tracks for an upcoming album, which will be “more of a solo record.”
Speaking to the UK’s Sunday Times, Springsteen also reveals that he’ll set out on a tour soon, although members of the E Street Band aren’t certain that those plans include them.
Springsteen has been hinting at his new album since October 2017, saying it will be “influenced by Southern California pop music of the ’70s. Glen Campbell, Jimmy Webb, Burt Bacharach – those kinds of records.”
Are you amazed at how Bruce can’t slow down?
