What Song Is Stuck In Your Head?

I have a constant playlist rolling in my head. Sometimes, though, weird songs get stuck in my head and I don’t know why!  Last night, I woke up with the Mary Poppins song “Spoonful of Sugar” playing!

I think it’s because I was researching how to make home made kombucha yesterday.  One of the methods is called “continuous brew,” and it involves feeding the SCOBY with sugar, like you do for sourdough starter.  Man, my brain is weird…
